That Taqueria isn’t that good. I think they use mozarella cheese in their chicken burritos, which is just such a bad idea. Mozarella is good, but tasteless in a burrito. Also it’s too far away.

Does anybody else like the lemony flavor of Chipotle rice? I really love it.

I have excellent Mexican food (from many parts of Mexico) when I’m home (the Southwest). Taqueria sucks.

Not only does the Chipotle in Tenleytown, Washington D.C. go left to right, the model chipotle on there website does so as well.

The rice and beans, the first ingredients are to the right of the server, which means a customer facing them will start at the left.

All Chipotles I’ve ever been in go from right to left. You stand in line at the right of the store, the tortilla steaming is done there, and you move left until you pay.

Chipotle, while owned by McDonald’s, is not a spin off. It was founded independently in Denver, CO (on Evans St.) and was later bought by McDonald’s after it had made a name for itself. Also, the carnitas are fricken’ amazing, and if you get tacos there’s no rice, just meat and toppings. Delicious!
