Maybe there was a dearth of secret sauce on my Lewinsky, but the one time I ordered it (and it was actually the first sandwich I tried at HamDel), I found it to be very dry and almost tasteless.

Overrated, in my opinion.

Correction: “moving onto the untoasted heroes” under the Monte Cristo description should read “moving onto the toasted heroes.”

Gladwell may glorify Blue’s Clues over Sesame Street, but “Big Bird in Japan” will always be a fixture of my multicultural education as a kid. “Ohayo? Why does everyone keep saying we’re in Ohio?”

The name is also evocative of the oft-overlooked cinematic masterpiece “Big Bird Goes to Japan,” which I once watched in second grade as a perverse predecessor to the major cultures requirement.
