Like a stopped calendar, even bwog is right every 6 years, or possibly 12 if the leap year lines up wrong, or maybe even 7 if there would usually be a leap year, or 6 normally and then another 7 instead of another 6 because the leap year skipped an extra day on the first that threw it off but there was no leap year on the second rotation through.
