I wouldn’t say prudish exactly. It’s more that so many girls here are so (i) ambitious and (ii) snobbish that they are only interested in guys who already have a career/something they can point to as successful and not the 20 year old versions of those guys. I generalize… but really this is a lot of girls here.

I make the point because a lot of girls that I meet outside of Columbia don’t hesitate to cut loose and have fun. They even seem to enjoy it.

But really I agree. WASH YOUR SHEETS PEOPLE. My roommate last year washed his sheets once the entire year because he accidentally told his girlfriend that he had never washed them before and she forced him to. Otherwise, they probably never would have been washed.
