*soulja boy voice* YOUUUUUUU

Bwog’s second meeting of the semester is tonight! You might be thinking to yourself, What’s so special about the second meeting? It’s not the first, so what’s the big deal? Also, how has a week of the semester already gone by? Also, why is time passing so quickly? How is it that my life seems to be passing me by? Why is time so fleeting? Will I ever find true happiness?

Now, please, take a break from your mini existential crisis, and return your attention to this post. In the words of that annoying kid who sang nursery rhymes, “First is the worst, second is the best!” For once, that kid tells the truth. The first meeting of the semester was the worst, because it didn’t have YOU in it! That’s right, readers, tonight is your chance to join Bwog and see what all the fuss is about. Tonight is the first open meeting of two! So if you reeeeeeeeally can’t make it tonight, come next Sunday! For all those who missed the first Bwog recruitment post… you should really just go read that because it will tell you But if you’re really to lazy to go back and read it, here are the logistics – what we’re looking for and what you need to know:

  • We’re currently looking for one new Daily Editor for the spring semester. A highly coveted Bwog job, dailies are responsible for running Bwog one day per week, editing and formatting all posts, writing short posts if necessary, and occasionally screaming quietly when people forget to meet their post deadlines.
  • We also have open positions available for Staff Writers! This position is a bit less responsibility and involves regularly writing posts on a vaguely-campus-related topic of your choosing.
  • If a cool title is what you’re after, you can also apply to be a Bureau Chief for SGA, ESC, or GSSC. These positions involve attending and covering one bureau meeting each week.
  • If you’re interested in any of those positions, fill out the application at the bottom of this post and email it to board@bwog.com by 11:59pm on Tuesday, January 26th. Email any questions to tips@bwog.com.

Aaaaaaand for all those current Bwoggers out there: bring your friends, bring your kids, bring your wife! We’ll be in Lerner 505 at 7pm on the dot, waiting with snacks and open arms for our new friends.
