He’s allegedly stepping down because of disagreements with President Poroshenko, as well as various scandals and mistakes that lowered his regard in public opinion. (NY Times)

Secretary of State John F. Kerry is currently visiting Hiroshima, Japan. He arrived yesterday morning for a meeting of foreign ministers, and today will visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. However, according to state department officials, Kerry will not apologize for the bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki during World War II. (Washington Post)

In Britain, Prime Minister David Cameron is launching plans to criminalize tax evasion in the workplace. He’s expected to outline the bill in Parliament today. (NY Times)

A Starbucks customer in Jacksonville, Florida ordered a grande white mocha, but received, along with his coffee, a note reading: “DIABETES HERE I COME”. His response? “My sisters have diabetes so… not funny.” (Wate)

Hillary Clinton visited New York this weekend. In between a rally in Brooklyn, speeches at churches in Queens, and a visit to a cheesecake shop, she managed to find time to ask Mayor de Blasio to “just fix those MetroCard slots.” (NY Times)
