@Anonymous “Subject to the jurisdiction thereof” is the point of argument. Diplomat and illegal aliens aren’t subject the the jurisdiction, ex-slaves were. Next naturalize unenglished on grounds they lied when they became citizens by not knowing English. Meanwhile your professulas want to outsource all the engineering and finance jobs because those who hold them vote Republican.
