Acquire Amazing Acupressure Abilities
Written by Bwog Staff
CSA Advisor Lindsay Sage sent out this email inviting students to participate in her upcoming acupressure workshop. If you’re interested, make haste—registration is nearly over!
Many of you know that I teach yoga and know a bit about other forms of wellness (e.g. qigong, nutrition, meditation). CSA has agreed to let me pilot a health and wellness program in our space. I’d love for you to join the event below, which as of now is only open to a select number of advisees. So please be my guinea pigs (and invite your friends too)!
Is the pressure on?
Back from Spring Break and there’s all this work to do? Learn three simple acupressure points to reduce headaches and nausea while stimulating energy.
When does the fun begin? Friday, March 25 from 11AM-12PM
Where? 403 Lerner
This sounds kind of crazy. Who’s teaching this class? All courses will be taught by Lindsay Sage, CSA Advising Dean (and Yoga Instructor/ Resident Hippie)
Allright, I’m in! How do I sign up? By RSVP’ing to Lindsay at firstname.lastname@example.org by Wednesday, March 23. Because of space constraints, only the first 25 people can attend, so email to reserve your spot now!
