Happening in the World: Britain’s Prince Harry acknowledged some tension with his brother Prince William saying “We are certainly on different paths at the moment, but I will always be there for him, and as I know he will always be there for me.” While there have been tabloid rumors of a rift between the brothers, more often it involves the brothers’ wives, Megan, Duchess of Sussex, and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge. CNN

Happening in the US: Florida officials have uncovered a poaching and trafficking ring accused of smuggling thousands of turtles. The traffickers would catch and sell the turtles to large-scale reptile dealers and illegal distributors, who would then ship most of them overseas on the black market. ABC

Happening in NYC: New York City’s plan to implement congestion pricing to generate much-needed cash for the Subway Capital plan has moved forward as the MTA has selected a vendor to install the tolling technology on several bridges and tunnels into Manhattan. NY Daily News
