What are 3 things you learned at Columbia and would like to share with the Class of 2026?

  1. invest in a bathrobe, it makes helluva difference
  2. learn to spot urself when u idealize/romanticize things, events, situations, and people here. grass is always greener on the other side
  3. practicing meditation, journaling, and personal recordkeeping has done me a lot of good
