Book Talk: Deference in Human Rights
- Thursday, January 23, 12:10 to 1:10 pm, Jerome Greene Hall, Room 107.
- Co-hosted by the Human Rights Institute and the Ambedkar Program in Global Constitutionalism, this event features a discussion with Cora Chan, author of the newly published book Deference in Human Rights Abjudication. Panelists from Columbia Law School and Florida State University College of Law will discuss the book’s findings on constitutional law, constitutional theory, and human rights laws.
