Bwogline: A team of American archaeologists have discovered two large ancient Greek royal tombs dating back 3,500 years near the site of Pylos, an ancient Greek city named in Homer’s Odyssey. The site yielded a gold amulet with the image of the Egyptian goddess Hathor, suggesting wider interaction between ancient Greece and Egypt during Greece’s Mycenaean civilization than previously known.
