Tense? Anxious? Crooked? Long hours in Butler have some side effects and that includes but is not limited to: bad posture, back pain, a cough syrup addiction, and other unfortunate maladies. However, in the darkest hour, Stressbusters is back. Stressbusters – Columbia’s most important student organization, keeping the Columbia student body calm during the hell that is Finals.
Stressbusters is a team of Columbia students who are trained and are licensed massage therapists. They aim to bring happiness and relaxation to campus through neck and back massages. Stressbusters understands that spas are not always accessibly to students due to budget and location concerns; not everyone can hightail it to Blue Mercury or Equinox for a deep tissue.
Columbia students are in luck because TODAY from 6pm to 10pm, Stressbusters will be on site in Butler Library room 203, providing FREE back and neck rubs along with handing out some cool Stressbusters swag. Check it out! Your neck and back will thank you later!

@Stressbuster “Columbia students who are trained and licensed massage therapists”
This is so wrong, becoming a licensed massage therapist takes months of classes with hundreds of hours of training. The whole reason stressbusters aren’t allowed to call them massages is because they’re not massage therapists. They’re just back rubs.
