Happening in the World: Belgian prosecutors have issued an alert after a woman died after taking a sip of wine from a bottle suspected of being used to transport the drug MDMA. Happening in the US: An employee of the Molson Coors complex in Milwaukee shot five co-workers before turning the gun on himself. All the people killed were also employees. The corporate offices will be closed for the rest of the week and the breweries will remain closed until further notice. (CNN)

Happening in New York: The New York City Council is considering a package of bills aimed at limiting how much food delivery apps can charge restaurants. The bills propose that food delivery apps be limited to charging restaurants no more than 10 percent commission, (NYT)
