Bwog recommendation:

A gorgeous building from the outside, and even more charming on the inside! Like many of the brownstones, it lacks some amenities you may be used to (AC, fitness rooms, and an elevator, to name a few), but this truly is the quintessential NYC experience. Embrace and love it for all that it is!
