What are three things you learned at Columbia and would like to share with the Class of
2028?

  1. Choose sleep and your body, always!
  2. There is so much, almost too much, that you can do at Columbia. Go to events, sign
up to every listserv, and try every club that mildly interests you. I never stopped
finding things to do and love.
  3. The creative writing department is a gold mine of classes and professors.

“Back in my day…” The heated tents outside John Jay were the place to be on a Friday night. You needed to get COVID tests twice a week to stay on campus, or else you’d be sent to quarantine in Carman.

Favorite Columbia lore? 1020 and its nine lives

What was your favorite class at Columbia? Palestinian and Israeli Politics and Society

Would you rather give up oral sex or cheese? I couldn’t live without Koronets pizza so

Whom would you like to thank? My siblings, professors, friends, and every single person who
put a smile on my face.

One thing to do before graduating? Jump in the fountains

Any regrets? Not getting involved in the performing arts. I’ve got others, but none I plan to
dwell on :)
