If she wins the seat, she will become the first openly transgender member of Congress. Happening in NYC: President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and former President Donald Trump are all expected at a ceremony today in New York City marking 23 years since the twin towers fell, killing 3,000 people.
