Bwog recommendation:
110 is by far the nicest place I’ve lived on campus so far. I don’t think the walk is as far as people think (about seven minutes!), and the amenities are really nice. Because it’s a privately owned building, and about half of the tenants are non-affiliates, it has a more grown-up feeling. The staff and lobby are really nice, and the building feels very secure. The kitchen and bathroom are somewhat cramped, but overall the appliances are more updated than most of the 600s. Plus, access to food options at any time is great.
Resident opinions:
- “The lower floors definitely have roaches. We’ve had a few.” – fourth floor resident
- “The building is not super social, but everyone is nice!”
- “Maintenance is great and very responsive.”
- “I like the school-life balance I get living here.”
