For freshmen who may be well on their way to the freshman 15, Bwog Culinary Charter Jon Hill has created helpful charts on why to avoid Cafe 212.

I’ve already gained the freshman 15 thankyouverymuch
That’s every bakery item in the world, not just 212. Unless you eat a high fiber, bran muffin pastries are a ton of calories. You’ll note places with low obesity, however, do eat pastries (like France) where they are a staple. The secret is to eat them early in the morning prior to exercise and to go lighter on the other meals of the day. You can eat a pastry a few times a week and not gain weight.
are too lazy to work 40 hours a week. There’s no way they exercise every morning.
cornmeal is a very healthy food, i ate it for breakfast every morning when i was young. i preferred it to oatmeal.
I literally just finished scarfing down a couple of their beef patties when I read this. With a title like that I’m just thrilled to see there isn’t anything about saliva and rat excrement.
Natural flavoring….
So good, hahahaha
Things that make you fat:
not exercising
genetics
eat, fool!

This is completely idiotic. You know what makes you fat? Food does. Deal with it.
in the bum
post was stupid and pointless.
i should eat there more often/ i’ve already gained the freshman -10.
THAT’S WHY I GOT A YEAST INFECTION!
TO ALL MY SISTAS OUT THERE: DON’T USE THEIR BAGUETTES AS VIBRATORS.
amazing
that was worthy of a favorite comments placement, I think.
Fourteen wasn’t funny, it was totally made to get a favorite comments placement and failed. Try again please.
are ineffective for displaying quantitative information. please use bar charts next time.
isn’t quantitative. Do you see any numbers or percentages? Pie charts are best for illustrating magnitudes, which the above chart does very well imo.
*relative* magnitudes
i swear… the scones at the butler cafe are made with cake mix. maybe with less eggs so they’re less fluffy, but they taste an awful lot like betty crocker.
doesn’t mean they’re bad. condensed cake with sugar sprinkled on top is good if you ask me…
Those are what are called ‘american scones’ cakier due to more eggs less butter/lard, very much like a cake mix actually. British scones tend to crumble more, closer to certain types of Southern biscuits.
Now if we could just get 212 to add some clotted cream for their scones…
would you eat at 212? They charge $1 for a banana. And $1.10 for chips. Chips that you can get in larger quantities for better prices in their vending machines. Because they are fucking morons who rip students off to pay surly workers far more than the work they do deserves
