A Delaware mother was arrested and charged after sending her 4-year-old daughter to pre-school with 249 bags of heroin. She has since lost custody of her three children. “What do you have for show-and-tell today, honey?” (Fox News)

That would have been great, but it’s not what happened. The Court declined to hear the cases. That means it neither affirmed nor reversed. It’s not a decision on the merits. The same thing happens to more than 95% of Supreme Court petitions.
