It’s that time again! The seventh annual Columbia University World Leaders Forum, brainchild of our own Lee C., is right around the corner. This year, PrezBo “invites you to join him in welcoming” exciting people such as Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, the President (and former first lady) of Argentina, Martti Ahtisaari, Nobel laureate and former President of Finland, and everyone’s favorite, Kofi Annan (PrezBo’s email thoughtfully lists “Columbia Global Fellow” ahead of “former Secretary-General of the United Nations”–we’re very important here, did you know?). The first talk (by Mrs. Fernández de Kirchner) is next Monday afternoon, and online registration opens tomorrow (or today, depending how you keep score) Tuesday, the 15th, at 9 in the morning. Check out the full email after the jump.
President Lee C. Bollinger invites you to join him in welcoming heads of state and special guests from across the globe as part of the seventh annual World Leaders Forum. The World Leaders Forum Web site will be updated daily as visits are confirmed.

@I for one will be attending the Clinton Global Initiative. I’m sorry to inform you that the World Leaders Forum does not fit into my schedule.
Love,
Barack
@If you seek amy Bollinger I vote for Tadić. He’s kinda hot.
@Also What a coincidence! The UN General Assembly is also happening the same week! Bollinger used his powers not only to start up the World Leaders Forum, but to get the UN to cooperate with him!
Bollinger is a sexy sexy man.
@Obviously a first year Umm, not a coincidence dummy but the whole point of the World Leaders Forum, though it continues throughout the year it always peaks in September.
@You're obviously an idiot.
@Sarcasm may not be obvious in print, but…
Great Post, Genius!
Also, dummy??
@what Continues throughout the year…?
