Earl Hall Center Pre-Calendaring

Recognized student groups who wish to reserve space in Earl Hall for recurring meetings or services during the fall semester, Tuesday, September 6 through Monday, December 13, must submit an on-line space request form, by Friday, April 2. All reservations must be approved by your Student Activities Advisor and will be handled on a “first come first served” basis. Confirmations for space will be emailed during the week of April 12. If you are a returning group, you must submit an application for the spring semester. Reservations are not “rolled over” from one semester to the next.  To submit a reservation on-line go to:
