@Anonymous Yeah this violates a vendor’s agreement with the credit card company. If you actually want to pay by card that’s your right.
@Anonymous Through the magic of ctrl+f, section 5.11.3 of the mastercard merchant agreement:
A Merchant must not require, or indicate that it requires, a minimum or
maximum Transaction amount to accept a valid and properly presented Card.
