Like it wasn’t already cryptic enough…

As midterm season comes (mostly) to an end and feedback begins coming in, so does the understanding that the real work has yet to start. With your paper or exam in hand, and a deep desire to click “Strongly Agree” on the “I found my professor’s feedback to be helpful” on the course evaluation, it is now time to decode the completely unknown language that your professor has decided to write their feedback in.

Luckily, Bwog is up to the challenge and we’ve already done some of the work for you:

This professor has taken off 2? maybe 4? 7? points for “beets.”
Sometimes professors take breaks while grading and just doodle stick figures throwing sticks on your Physics exam.
Here your professor is letting you know that they think you are “1 lazy 11,” but you already knew that about yourself.
“gravity?” We don’t get it either.
“Thick,” but your professor can’t spell, so “Thcik.”
It’s hard to read tone here, but based on the “-2” it’s fair to assume that this “mmmlord” is your professor vocalizing their disappointment.
This is by far the most cryptic of messages, and one you have secretly been waiting for. Does it say “love <3 me” or does it say “lose <3 me”? Or does that interchangeability mean it says “love me OR lose me”??? What is your professor saying??
