Bwogline: The Colorado State Supreme Court has ruled that Former US President Donald Trump is banned from the state’s 2024 presidential election ballot. The justices cited the US Constitution’s 14th Amendment, which bans individuals found to be insurrectionists from holding state or federal office. Trump’s legal team will most likely appeal to the US Supreme Court. The decision remains in place until January 4 or when the US Supreme Court rules on the matter. (AP)

Study Tip: Prioritize silence and stillness! Taking a few minutes to sit and breathe with no phone in hand, no laptop, and no books open is crucial to a calm studying environment.

Music of the Day: 55 by Bacao Rhythm & Steel Band. It’s an instrumental album.

Procrastination Tip: Get outside at some point in the day. Search for your favorite leaf. Get (another) coffee. Facetime a friend.

Overseen/Overheard: I saw smashed pumpkins on the ground outside of Wien at 4 am. Not sure what that was about.
