Bwog Recommendation:

If you want to live as close as possible to campus with potentially an insane view of the city, Sulz Tower might be for you. Consider going in with friends, as the people on your floor can make or break your experience. Some pros include living with mostly seniors and living in a single, but some cons include communal bathrooms, little storage, and no soundproofing. If you want to wake up five minutes before class, however, Sulz Tower might be for you.

Resident Opinions:

  • “Not having to clean the bathroom is great (though people do leave messes quite frequently and sometimes it’s very gross).”
  • “You can’t beat the proximity to everything on campus.”
  • “The quality of your experience in Sulz Tower 100% depends on the people living on your floor.”
  • “The views are beautiful — even facing north had lovely views of the campus and really nice sunsets.”
  • “The singles are small and there are definitely bigger and prettier options for seniors if you have a housing group.”
  • “Proximity to campus is nice but also causes me to not leave.”
  • “The rooms are really small with not a lot of storage opportunities.”
