- This discussion will feature Columbia Law School Professor Katarina Pistor, Cornell University Professor Aaron Benanav, Columbia University Professor Suresh Naidu, and Columbia Law School Professor Jeremy Kessler. The event will focus on Professor Pistor’s new book The Law of Capitalism and How to Transform It, as well as essays by Professor Benanav that explore future alternative approaches to moving beyond capitalism.
