We’re not sure how you could have missed it—the high-speed winds, the slanted rain, the overwhelming sense that you were fighting against nature and ultimately, would lose. At some point, while trudging along Upper Campus and courting your anxious umbrella (who really wanted to get away from you), you felt as though the wind was the hand of God pushing you to skip Calculus. It was impossible to resist that will; the thundering clouds, your aching biceps, and the drawn faces of all those around you confirmed it.
For those of you who slept through the hurricane, we’re not sure what you’re doing with your life if not getting pummeled by the forces of nature. For everyone else, we present a graveyard of umbrellas, robbed of form and function too soon in the year.

The most we can say is that we survived and weirdly enough, are more than halfway through February, Bwog’s second least favorite month. And just to leave on a pleasant note, we present to you a completely sound, toasty, and safe little umbrella:
