These political statements spotted on a Brooklyn bound A train. These activists should know when to cut their losses. It’s a bit too late for the Phillipines.

@207th St. Interesting, except that these stickers have been showing up for at least five years. News, Bwog, News!
@metasticker “Do not build prison colonies in the Philippines to send enslaved TWU workers to after they’ve been fined.”
@filipino actually I’m glad there’s someone reminding americans about the brutal war and occupation of the philippines they perpetrated for nearly half a century. it was the original viet-raq.
@Teddy Roosevelt Meh, we should’ve left your asses to the Spaniards or the Japanese. They were way better, I’m sure.
Anyway, the Philippines was in no way ready govern itself in 1898. The U.S. definitely improved the infrastructure of the Philippines in order to make it more self-sufficient.
@filipino teddy, I’m sure they’ve got a fellowship waiting for you at the american enterprise institute.

“Iraq, we should’ve left your asses to Saddam or the Islamists. They were way better, I’m sure. Anyway, Iraq was in no way ready govern itself in 2003. The U.S. definitely has been improving the infrastructure of Iraq in order to make it more self-sufficient.”
@Howard Zinn Yeah, infrastructure was totally worth killing 200,000 people. And it was motivated entirely by our benevolent desire to lift the Filipinos out of Spanish colonial servitude, and not at all by our desire to make a shitload of money.
@J Train Coming soon:
“Do not fine us $75 for each act of subway vandalism.”
