Bwog Recommendations:
- Aptly named “the social dorm,” Carman is a great place to meet new people (especially during NSOP)! I went with a random roommate/suitemates and ended up remaining super close with all of them.
- Yes, it’s true that residents clean their own bathrooms, but when you consider that you’re only sharing it with three other (hopefully clean) people, it’s really not so bad. Make a cleaning schedule, and be grateful that you aren’t yet subjected to the communal bathrooms.
Resident Opinions:
- “The lounge space is very nice, and you can see the skyline of New York!”
- “Location is super convenient which is nice for late-night Butler study sessions.”
- “We’re the best freshman dorm.”
- “My floor was pretty quiet compared to other floors which I did not expect. It was nice.”
- “If you live below floor 6, take the stairs during peak hours.”
