In my eyes, be true.

In my eyes, be true

Fratrow, you beautiful boy, you coo and tease me,

Prancing about, your pungent aroma of black-licorice alcohol envelops me.

Your love stings me like a bee, your frat flicking swagger setting me free.

And to dance in the small compact walls of your brownstone is to brave the sea,

The tumbling waves of your $50 parties overwhelms me, forcing me to flee

So be true. Yell, “If you’re not in XYZ fraternity, get out!”

Ask me if I know a brother at the door, and when I say no, frown like a trout.

For pledging season is upon us, the rumbling has broken out

So in my eyes, be true,

Get sendy, and stand out
