Whether you’re attracted by NPR‘s description of Pearl and the Beard as “folksy pop trio with a flair for lovely acoustic Americana” or intrigued by Daytrotter‘s more colorful report that listening to the band is like “looking into the piercing eyes of tumult,” Lerner is the place for you to be this lunch hour. The group of three splendidly harmonious New Yorkers will take the floor of the Lerner Piano Lounge from 12 to 1 pm.
Oh, and there will be free cajun food:
- po’ boy sandwiches
- cajun fried chicken
- vegetarian gumbo with a side of rice
- cole slaw
- banana loaf with whipped cream
- arnold palmers
