The Kraft Center (616 W. 115th St.)
This Thursday there will be a program at The Kraft Center (606 W. 115th St.), titled “Race Relations in the US Today.” Panelists include Lee A. Daniels, Director of Communications, NAACCP Legal Defense and Education Fund Inc.; Sherri-Ann P. Butterfield, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Sociology, Rutgers University; and Gene Dattel, Economic Historian, Author, Cotton and Race in the Making of America. The panel will be moderated by Gene Dattel. This panel has been arranged in conjunction with the graphic panel exhibition, HELEN SUZMAN: FIGHTER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS, which is on view at Barnard College’s The Diana Center through March 27.
