Do you enjoy listening to the sweet, soothing sounds of South Asia? Are you interested in classical Indian music and dance? Do you want to eat a free, delicious Indian dinner? Come to Shruti: A Classical Night! *Shruti: A Classical Night* is a showcase of student and guest talent in the Indian classical arts. This event includes performances in Hindustani and Carnatic music as well as in the various classical dance styles, such as Odissi and Bharatanatyam. Classical music and dance have served as expressions of devotion for thousands of years in Hinduism and we hope that you will join us in embracing this age-old tradition and sharing our Hindu culture and philosophy. *$2 suggested donation to a local food pantry
