- maintains full-time career as a pianist (performed at the White House 19 times!), GS tour guide, GSSC VP Policy, Committee on Instruction, Poli Sci major, Columbia University International Relations Forum, Political Science Students Association, law school bound

@Van Owen Outstanding! Congratulations. A GS student introduced me to a lawyer friend of his this year, who just happened to be the dean of Yale Law School. Many GS students have amazing backgrounds and great contacts, so it’s worth getting to know them.
@slowpoke IF THEY NEED INSPIRATION FOR THEIR SPEECHES, THEY SHOULD LISTEN TO PATTON OSWALT. BUT MAKE SURE NOT TO TAKE ANY JOKES FROM HIM. LAST YEAR SOMEONE DID AND IT DIDN’T GO WELL! HOPE THIS LITTLE BIT OF ADVICE IS HELPFUL FOR YOU! (DID ANYONE ELSE HEAR ABOUT LAST YEAR’S SPEECH?)

@Anonymous I believe Elliot was accepted to numerous top ten law schools, not a surprise really–like most of his pears he’s accomplished so much prior to CU. A Bachelor’s is just a check in the box for Elliot, good job man!
