From the Office of Recycling Education Outreach comes Clothing and Textile Recycling Day, an opportunity to take a break from all that work you’re doing and make room for summer.

Bring clean clothes, linens, shoes, coats, belts, scarves, hats and handbags for reuse or recycling. Non wearable items (stained, torn etc) will be recycled into new clothing.

And considering your current productivity levels on that paper on Hegel (i.e., negative), how can you say no?

The event runs at Columbia Greenmarket on Broadway (between 114th and 115th street) between 9 am and 3 pm.
