@Anonymous American Cowboy Iconography of the West is such a good class.
@Anonymous I think you forgot food writing.
@not a medievalist what’s wrong with visionary drama? sounds like a totally legit class. if you have problems with the mysticism, take it up with the middle ages, not the english dept.
@Anonymous Why so humanities biased?
@Anonymous If I had to guess, it’s probably because these classes have less prerequisites (most of the engineering courses with cool names have pretty heavy prerequisites, and I’d imagine that the same goes for the physical sciences as well).
@CC '13 fffffffffffff, Foner’s leaving?? is it too late to change my study abroad plans
@Anonymous But, from the course directory it doesn’t seem like he’s teaching anything next semester except senior thesis seminars.
@Anonymous That’d be wrong. He’s teaching Radical Tradition in America.
@Can someone please tell Ryan Mandelbaum that his emails are not funny? They’re just plain annoying. Nobody needs to read “Deep from the slums of Shaolin, it’s the Class of ’13 Email!” ugh
@YOU SHUT YOUR MOUTH Every day I regret that my mother bore me a year too late so I had to be in 2014. I WOULD GIVE MY RIGHT ARM TO BE ABLE TO READ THOSE E-MAILS, SON.
@In Ryan's defense... Wu-Tang Clan really ain’t nothin’ ta fuck wit.
@I think The entire anthropology department should be shut down, their useless postmodern/postcolonial/extreme fringe left whinging de-accredited, and their funds reallocated to Columbia College financial aid.
@CC '14 This really makes me want to take some anthro courses.
@srsly “postmodern/postcolonial/extreme fringe left whinging”???? like….not ibanking?? sign me up plz!!!
@Anonymous right, let’s kill one of the only critical disciplines we have left.
@what!? mercer’s leaving? booo! where’s she going?
@Anonymous Screw this student account hold and late disbursement on my student loan…
@landscape i’m all up in that business, love ZC.
@Anonymous Srsly?
next semester is Foner’s last before he takes time off, Prof. Mercer is similarly leaving after next semester,
