The beginning of the school year can feel a bit overwhelming as you decide what clubs you want to join or how you want to get involved in the Columbia community. At Bwog, we offer multiple ways to get involved with our site as a first-year, including being a Daily. Dailies (or Daily Editors) are responsible for scheduling and creating content one day a week for the site. You will have both the opportunity to write original content for the site as well as become an integral staff member. Plus, you’ll get to find out what “DWB” stands for and eat Sour Patch Kids on a weekly basis. Just think of this job as being Gossip Girl for Columbia and getting to hear everyone’s secrets first. We’ll even hold a seance or two to promote staff bonding. (Just kidding, but let us know if you have a Ouija board….)
We are looking particularly for first-year students as well as any new students to Columbia. If you’re interested in being a part of the greatest club you’ll ever meet, send us your completed application (found below) to editors@bwog.com by 11:59 PM on Tuesday, September 15. If you want to hear more about what it’s like to be on Bwog, come to our first open meeting this Sunday, September 13, at 7 PM!
