The FBI is currently looking through Hillary Clinton’s emails that could be connected to former NY Congressman Anthony Weiner who is known for his sexting scandal. With the investigation so close to the upcoming presidential election, the emails could potentially help Trump’s poll ratings. (NY Times)

The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a transender-rights case. In Gloucester County School Board v. G.G., transgender student Gavin Grimm is suing his school after a policy was enacted that forced students to go to bathrooms of their biological gender. (The Atlantic)

A 30 year old man in Maine was arrested for blocking traffic dressed as a tree. Asher Woodworth explained that he wanted to see how his “performance” would impact the “natural choreography” of others. (Huffington Post)

Bill Cosby has been declared “legally blind” according to his lawyers. Using his blindness to aid his defense and potentially get his charges dismissed, the criminal trial remains set  for June 5th. (CNN)
