President-elect Donald Trump is speaking openly about his disapproval for the C.I.A.’s investigation into possible Russian ties to the election. Despite Trump’s attacks, both Republicans and Democrats are supporting investigations into voting tampering. (NY Times)

There will be a Women’s March on Washington the day after Donald Trump is sworn into office. Starting in front of the Capitol, demonstrators will march westward on Independence Avenue. The Presidential Inauguration Committee has blocked off several potential areas: the Lincoln Memorial, Pennsylvania Avenue, and parts of the national mall. (Huffington Post)

Ohio has passed a bill that bans abortions 20 weeks after conception. Also proposed is the “Heartbeat Bill,” which aims to stop abortions after a fetus’ heartbeat is detected at roughly six weeks. People are speaking out and calling this, “an attack on women.” (CNN)
