What is “wisdom,” really? A generalized quality produced from the cultural and social norms of a particular place and time? A term prescribed to old sorcerers in fantasy books? A means of surviving conversations with older relatives? Or something more strange and vast and terrible, impossible to clearly define?
As difficult to define as “wisdom” is, we’re going to ask you to define it. Or at least, provide us with some examples. In other words: we’re officially seeking nominations for this spring’s Senior Wisdoms. Nominate your friends! Nominate your enemies! Nominate that person who wrote that op-ed you really hated freshman year! Nominate someone who will actually give us a creative answer to the “oral sex or cheese” question!
Whoever you nominate, do it by sending their name, email, and a brief description of why they deserve a Senior Wisdom to tips@bwog.com. (You can also send this through our anonymous form, if you’re feeling shy.) Nominations are due by Friday, April 28 at 11:59 pm.

@Dear Bwog, I count 60+ senior wisdoms for the class of 2014, 40+ for 2014 and like 20 last year. Seniors wisdoms are such a good tradition!!!!! It’s true that things like the contraction of campus media has resulted in less campus-media-famous people but this doesn’t mean there has to be less senior wisdoms. There are so many cool seniors on campus. Please do more this year. <3 <3 <3
