Milstein To Extend Open Hours Next Semester

Now you have the God-given American freedom to leave Millie at 2 am.

The people asked and they received! In an email to the Barnard community this morning, Co-Interim Deans Alicia Lawrence and Natalie Friedman announced that The Milstein Center will be extending its hours next semester. The new hours for next semester are:

  • Sunday through Thursday: 8 a.m. – 2 a.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m. – midnight
  • Saturday: 10 a.m. – midnight

The change comes after students complained about Milstein’s early closing times, which made spending 12 hours there technically impossible. The email thanks SGA for “for helping to solicit student feedback and share information with administration.” Milstein will also be open 24/7 for reading week and finals, starting December 11th and ending December 20th.
