Tonight’s open meeting is asking the big questions. Is Bwog really, truly blind?

Bwog is really excited about tonight’s open meeting. But we’re also very excited about the Love Is Blind live reunion episode airing tonight on Netflix at 7:50 pm. We eat, sleep, and dream Bwog. When we wake up in the morning, our first thought is of what articles we’re going to pitch at meeting. When our heads finally hit the pillow at night, it’s only after a long day of stalking the Bwog Twitter and attending events to cover. But what do we love more than Bwog? Love Is Blind. Because Love Is Blind is a pop culture institution. It is a pillar of reality television; a bastion of entertainment, marital strife, and, for some, true love.

So just for tonight, Bwog will be implementing some new meeting practices in honor of the Love Is Blind live reunion. Come to Lerner at 510 wearing your best cocktail hour attire. Extra points if you’re already wearing a microphone. Those who don’t own personal microphones will be given one free of cost, provided they make sure to tearfully remove it and run from the cameras in a moment of drama and passion.

While the meeting details still remain Lerner 510 at 9 pm, attendees should expect a decor transformation. Gone are the normal chairs and tables of Lerner. Instead, expect a massive hallway of pods. You’ll be left wondering how we fit so many pods in a relatively small room. Did they completely gut Lerner? you’ll ask. Yes, we did. And the building foundation will never be the same. But it was all worth it, for the Bwog Is Blind set of our dreams.

What happens in the pods? Well, Bwog still needs to conduct our general meeting business. So it’ll be a lot of shouting article pitches and sharing events through the pod walls. It’s more of an aesthetic shift than anything else. But you can pitch your articles in style. You can write posts using phrases like “we really clicked” and “We fell in love sight unseen.” You can eat green grapes out of a strange gold wineglass. You can edit your articles, taking time and care to fine tune your writing, like when (spoiler alert) Brett freaked out about his baggy trousers and went to get them tailored an HOUR before his wedding! You, too, could embody this insane attention for detail. Just, you know, in the context of a college-themed shortform article. Tonight, the world is your oyster. It’s time to finally answer the age-old question: is Bwog truly blind?
