Lions, tigers and bears oh my! Faculty House Mac and Cheese is so good you may just cry! 

Though the walk across campus can be quite the plight,

This dish is always and forever a delight 

On a particularly bad day, this mac and cheese 

Can put practically anything at ease 

The perfect combination of cheesy and creamy 

The pasta dish is just dreamy 

Lovely Faculty House is where this is served

It’s so good, the long lines and limited seating are deserved 

Accompanied by chicken or a caesar salad 

Some love this meal so much they could write about it in a ballad 

Though many freshman have not discovered the mac and cheese yet

When they do, it will change their life I can totally bet 

After eating the famous mac, you can wash it down with a fabulous Faculty House cookie, 

Once you’ve had this meal, you are no longer a Columbia rookie
