Bwogline: Following Tesla’s move to Texas from Delaware last year (which some have nicknamed “Dexit”), four other companies have followed suit, including Trump Media & Technology, which owns Truth Social. In the coming weeks, nine more public companies valued at over $1 billion will vote on whether or not to “dexit.” This exodus from the state is due to the new increased risk of shareholder lawsuits in Delaware courts.
