A helpful guide for when the stress starts to set in.
- PLAN YOUR TIME WISELY!!! Cannot emphasize this point enough. Carefully mark when your final assignments/exams are and plan your study time accordingly.
- Stick to your schedule. After making your study schedule, follow it!!! You will not regret it, but you will regret scrolling through reels instead.
- Set up screen time limits. For apps that are especially addicting like Instagram and Tik Tok, ask your friends to set up time limits with a password you don’t know.
- Libraries get packed. Try going earlier in the day or going to less popular libraries so you don’t spend all your precious study time trying to find a seat.
- Sleep!!! Please sleep normally, I beg. Unfortunately, we are not nocturnal.
- Eat well. It’s so tempting to want to snack while studying but make sure to eat a balanced diet to feel your best.
- Finally and I say this respectfully, please shower.
