A helpful guide for when the stress starts to set in.

  1. PLAN YOUR TIME WISELY!!! Cannot emphasize this point enough. Carefully mark when your final assignments/exams are and plan your study time accordingly.
  2. Stick to your schedule. After making your study schedule, follow it!!! You will not regret it, but you will regret scrolling through reels instead.
  3. Set up screen time limits. For apps that are especially addicting like Instagram and Tik Tok, ask your friends to set up time limits with a password you don’t know. 
  4. Libraries get packed. Try going earlier in the day or going to less popular libraries so you don’t spend all your precious study time trying to find a seat.
  5. Sleep!!! Please sleep normally, I beg. Unfortunately, we are not nocturnal.
  6. Eat well. It’s so tempting to want to snack while studying but make sure to eat a balanced diet to feel your best.
  7. Finally and I say this respectfully, please shower.
