Need a quick snack to fuel you up when you’re studying for finals? This recipe is a perfect study buddy.
This quick college recipe will take about 10 minutes and make 4 to 5 servings!
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of cereal, preferably Chex cereal or rice cereal
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter or Nutella
- 1 cup of chocolate chips or any type of chocolate candy
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- Any pretzels, chocolates, or any snacks you prefer!
Instructions:
- Combine the peanut butter or Nutella, chocolate chips, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes and stir every 30 seconds.
- Add vanilla extract. Mix.
- Pour the mixture over the cereal and carefully stir.
- When slightly cool, transfer the cereal to a large bag.
- Add the powdered sugar into the bag and shake until mixed well.
- Add your preferred snacks (pretzels, chocolate chips, etc.).
- Let it cool, and for storage, put it in a container in the fridge!
