Need a quick snack to fuel you up when you’re studying for finals? This recipe is a perfect study buddy.

This quick college recipe will take about 10 minutes and make 4 to 5 servings!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of cereal, preferably Chex cereal or rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter or Nutella
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips or any type of chocolate candy
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 to 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Any pretzels, chocolates, or any snacks you prefer!

Instructions:

  1. Combine the peanut butter or Nutella, chocolate chips, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes and stir every 30 seconds.
  2. Add vanilla extract. Mix.
  3. Pour the mixture over the cereal and carefully stir.
  4. When slightly cool, transfer the cereal to a large bag.
  5. Add the powdered sugar into the bag and shake until mixed well.
  6. Add your preferred snacks (pretzels, chocolate chips, etc.).
  7. Let it cool, and for storage, put it in a container in the fridge!
