Not sure what this says about our primary audience, but it’s getting weird, guys…

At our most recent Bwog meeting, my roommate and I sparked a discussion about something that had gone unaddressed for far too long: why are the advertisements on Bwog so bizarre? Initially, we noticed that we both received the “porn sleep apnea” ad (#1 pictured below) upon visiting the site and grappled with the shared embarrassment of having that awfully suggestive image open on our laptops. After courageously opening up to other Bwoggers about these strange advertisements, we realized these experiences were not unique to us! Everyone had a story to share, along with some peculiar or implicitly sexual advertisement they had found on Bwog’s site. 

I have compiled a few for your entertainment:

#1: Porn Sleep Apnea

Nearly everyone I have spoken to has seen this one! The photo is not that bad, but was it necessary?

#2: Sleep Apnea, Again

A more tasteful version of #1.

#3: Monica Lewinsky

These celebrity gossip ads are not uncommon, but it is strange that the Bwog ads only ever feature Monica Lewinsky.

#4: Comfy Shoes

Okay, this one is cute. I am 20 years old, but I might need these.

#5: Legs

Well, this picture feels quite ageist! And they are spreading anti-moisturizer propaganda! I don’t support this message. Please use some cocoa butter in these dry times.

#6: Heated Rivalry!

How lucky is Bwog to share a screen with Shane and Ilya? This is what the fans want to see!
