Stats:

Bwog recommendation:

620 is a completely fine building to live in. Especially with the addition of AC and electric stoves and ovens, the amenities will certainly be on point. With mostly seniors living in singles, the environment is quieter than many other buildings, especially being the furthest of the 600s from campus. The rooms have high ceilings and are extremely spacious (if you’re in a single). The only downside is an older look to the building as a whole and a lack of a general common area, although many suites have a small common room attached to the kitchen. Unless you’re a senior, you don’t have a great chance of getting one of the all-singles suites, but 620 is still a conveniently located and historic building, and definitely not the worst place to be on campus!

Resident opinions:

  • “I love having a view of Riverside!”
  • “My room feels very cozy.”
  • “It’s an old building, but I love being close to campus.”
