Riverside Park

The Columbia University Road Runners Race 5K for Charity is on Sunday, March 28th, 2010 at 8:00 AM in Riverside Park! This inaugural race by the Road Runners Club will benefit GlobeMed, a student organization on Columbia’s campus committed to helping out the Gulu Women’s Economic Development and Globalization to aid civil war victims in Uganda. This is a timed event and there will be prizes for the top competitors! The registration fee is $15 + $1 voluntary lottery donation. If you donate the extra $1, you will be placed in a lottery to win gift certificates! This race is open to Columbia University and the general public. All participants are welcome to race/walk at their own leisure. To register, please visit us on the Lerner Ramps from March 23rd to March 27th, 12:00 – 5:00pm.
